Salary: 8000-10000 PLN net per month on B2B 

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven person who can join our growing team as a Business Development Representative. You will help us generate qualified opportunities to fill the sales pipeline for the Account Executives. You will be responding to inbound and outbound leads generated by our lead gen team, conducting qualification calls, asking discovery questions, and scheduling meetings to ensure the sales team has enough fuel to continue bringing new business to Open Loyalty. 

Our HQ is in Wroclaw, Poland, but our coverage is global. This role is fully remote.

  • You can articulate yourself well. You need to be able to tell a compelling story, ask the right questions, and keep your prospect’s attention, all in fluent English. 
  • People generally like you. The loyalty market heavily depends on long-term relationships and establishing trust and good rapport is necessary to succeed. 
  • You take ownership. We’re looking for an ambitious person who can perform with a no-BS policy - more action, less talking. 
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity. We’re a growing company, and you will often wear multiple hats in this environment - creativity and the ability to solve problems instead of fixating on them are virtues we all share. 
  • Bonus points if you know your way around B2B SaaS. It’s not a hardcore requirement, but previous experience with B2B SaaS could add value. 

Things you will be doing…

  • Responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers who have expressed interest in Open Loyalty 
  • Qualifying leads by asking discovery questions to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit
  • Nurturing leads that are not yet ready to buy by providing relevant information and maintaining regular contact
  • Scheduling qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to fuel the sales process
  • Keeping your Hubspot nice and clean with all the necessary data at hand 
  • If needed, researching and building targeted prospect lists 
  • If needed, conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to initiate conversations with potential customers
