We process the data obtained in the course of recruitment in order to carry out the current recruitment procedure: a. if you prefer employment under an employment contract - the data will be processed pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR, i.e. in order to perform obligations arising from legal provisions related to the recruitment process, in particular art. 22(1) of the Labor Code. In order to carry out the recruitment process in the field of data not required by law - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and in the field of data concerning specific data, such as health status - Art. 9 sec. 2 letter a) GDPR); b. if you prefer employment under a civil law contract, the legal basis for processing the data contained in the application documents is the intention to conclude a contract with Open Loyalty (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and in the case of data concerning specific data, such as health status - Art. 9 sec. 2 letter a) GDPR);on the basis of art. 6 it. 1 let. a) and art. 9 it. 2 let. a) GDPR for the purposes resulting from the consent granted for processing personal data, in case of its processing on this basis. 4. Your personal data may be transferred to our subcontractors, such as suppliers of IT systems and IT services and entities providing HR services. 5. Your data will be stored for the time necessary to complete the recruitment process and for us to select a candidate or candidates, i.e. after employment under an employment contract or to sign a civil law contract. 6. You can withdraw each of your consents at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. 7. You have the right to access your data and obtain a copy thereof, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, the right to transfer data (if technically possible), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. 8. You have the right to object to data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator. 9. Providing your personal data is required: - by the law, in particular by the Labor Code - if you prefer employment based on an employment contract; - for recruitment purposes - if you prefer employment based on a civil law contract. 10. The consequence of not providing data is the inability to consider your candidacy in the recruitment process. In terms of other data, providing them is voluntary. 11. If you additionally agree to participate in future recruitments, we will ask for your consent again after a year. 12. If you send us application documents unrelated to recruitment, after two years we will ask you again for consent, and the lack of it will mean the immediate removal of your data.have an access to your data, correct it, limit processing, remove data, if we are not obliged to process it on the basis of applicable law provisions, as well as if the basis to process it was the consent you withdrew. 13. We process your data outside the EEA, using all available technical and organizational measures to protect them in the maximum way.
